Full Job Description Coastal Pipeline Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Punch Out Foreman to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and completion of our underground utility projects. Your expertise in water line, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage installation and repairs will be essential in maintaining our high standards of workmanship and safety.

Coastal Pipeline, Inc., a family‑owned and operated underground utility construction firm, has been serving Broward and Palm Beach counties since 1964. With three generations of experience, our staff brings over 120 years of expertise in estimating and field supervision to each project. Incorporated in Florida in 1995, we specialize in all phases of underground utility work, including water distribution, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, fire suppression, and sitework.

Our successful completion of all awarded projects is a testament to our strong working relationships with engineers, general contractors, owners, and city/county authorities.

• Perform PSI testing to ensure system integrity and compliance.
• Operate excavators and front end loaders safely and efficiently.
• Conduct thorough inspections of job sites and completed work.
• Oversee job site clean‑up to maintain a safe and organized environment.
• Assist main pipe crews with various tasks as needed to support project completion.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in water line, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage installation and repairs in the State of Florida, including dewatering.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in towing trailers behind a pick‑up truck and hauling materials to job sites.
• Skilled in building inverts in sanitary manholes and performing cement work on manholes and catch basins.
• OSHA certificates in excavator and front end loader operation, trench safety, and traffic safety.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
