! We are looking for fitness professionals to substitute teach at a luxury apartment community in the Deerfield Beach, FL area.

This individual will be part of a rapidly expanding team focused on growth and delivering a consistent high‑quality service to residents. We seek candidates who are comfortable interacting with and teaching a variety of group fitness classes to residents, and who have a passion for helping others meet their fitness goals.

• Substitute teach only, with 24‑48 hours notice, weeknight evenings 6‑8 PM
• 1 to 5 teaching opportunities per month
• $35‑$40 per class
• Travel up to 10 miles from home
• 45‑minute classes with 2‑6 students
• Travel to and from the community is required and use of our software system for check‑in and attendance tracking

• Liability insurance (required) or willingness to obtain it
• Experience in designing and implementing fitness programs and classes
• Current CPR and AED certification, college degree, or fitness certification (preferred)

• Clock in/out and sign off sessions using our software
• Continuously monitor and assist members to ensure proper form during exercises
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Lead and motivate clients safely throughout classes
• Live a lifestyle similar to the way you want clients to live theirs
• Modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels and/or physical ailments
• Be a fitness leader in the community
• Build your book and brand yourself for success

Salary: $35 – $40 per visit.
