• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks on fleet equipment tires and tires for fleet Vehicles with care and precision.
• Follow company policy, federal, state and local regulations, repair manuals, factory specifications, and applicable technical references.
• Document work performed in the computerized maintenance‑management system.
• Read, understand and interpret technical manuals and instructions.
• Work independently and as a member of a maintenance team.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, initiative, and pride in work.

• Minimum age 20 years.
• Valid driver’s license with authority to drive a company vehicle.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended periods of time.
• Capable of lifting a minimum of 65 pounds.
• Proficient with computerized maintenance‑management system.
• Read, write, and solve basic math problems.
• Interpret, understand, and follow written instructions.
• Work well with others and as a team member.
