We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Accountant to join our client's finance team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and strategic value of their financial reporting. This position offers the opportunity to work within a complex, multi-location manufacturing environment, supporting both operational and corporate leadership with critical financial insights.

• Lead monthly financial close processes and prepare consolidated financial statements for assigned divisions.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with GAAP.
• Analyze and report significant financial variances against budget and forecast, providing actionable recommendations.
• Prepare and present a rolling three-month financial forecast to senior leadership each month.
• Communicate financial information effectively with plant managers, operational teams, and corporate stakeholders.
• Manage accounting data flow between manufacturing facilities and corporate systems, ensuring integrity and timeliness.
• Participate in annual budgeting and long-term financial planning processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA (plus).
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within manufacturing or large organizations.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and corporate accounting practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
