• Process weekly accounts payable payments and manage vendor transactions.
• Enter and review invoices, purchase orders, and employee expense reports.
• Communicate with vendors and support annual filing requirements.
• Assist with account reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and month-end accounting activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day accounting operations.

• 3+ years of accounting experience, including Accounts Payable responsibilities.
• Experience with account reconciliations.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and SUMIF functions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
