We are seeking a Medical/Dental as well as Med Spa Receptionist/ Front Office Administrator to become a part of our team!

We have practice locations in Deerfield, Gurnee, and Libertyville IL. Great growth opportunity!

• Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
• Answer patient and referral calls, schedule and confirm appointments
• Greet, register, and process visits for patients

• Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields is a plus
• Familiarity with medical/dental billing procedures is a plus
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
