Sr. Manager, Product Management - Network Authorizations Health & Compliance

Capital One is looking for a seasoned product manager to lead our Network Authorization Health & Compliance team. The role focuses on delivering features that protect and grow our Global Payments Network while maintaining compliance with risk and regulatory standards.

Our Network Authorization Health & Compliance Family is growing. We bridge the Network into the Capital One ecosystem, establish strong operational foundations, and set the stage for future investment and growth.

• Manage a team of product managers focused on delivering new features that promote the health and security of our Global Payments Network authorization platforms.
• Act as a key liaison between Network Authorization and internal/external auditors, represent the Network during reviews, identify roadblocks, and support resolution.
• Define strategy for process definition, governance adoption, and issue management in compliance with regulatory demands.
• Build a framework that ensures department‑wide self‑testing of controls on a regular cadence and works with risk professionals to maintain acceptable risk tolerance.

• At least 5 years of experience in product management.
• Currently holding or in process of obtaining a quantitative bachelor’s or master’s degree (or an MBA with quantitative concentration).

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.

Salary ranges (based on location):

• Chicago, IL: $175,500 – $200,300
• McLean, VA: $193,000 – $220,300
• Riverwoods, IL: $175,500 – $200,300

Eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation, including bonuses and long‑term incentives. Comprehensive benefits cover health, financial, and wellness.

Full‑time, Mid‑Senior level. Product management and marketing function.
