• Arrive on time for all games when assigned.
• Wear appropriate uniform as required to support position as a referee.
• Make calls that are consistent and correct with the rules.
• Hustle up and down the court.
• Move about the court to keep up with play to be in position to make the appropriate calls.
• Provide a high quality of customer service in a professional manner to the internal customer that will facilitate team building and exceptional customer service to the external customer.
• Follow the Deerfield Park District policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Maintains good safety and awareness and follow all safety guidelines and procedures.

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Works well in a team environment
• Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with those contacted during work at all levels, including a culturally diverse public with a focus on safety and quality customer service
• We abide by the IL Park District Code
• Must pass a background check

Pay rate: $18.00

Wage Range: $18 - $20, starting pay at the base of range.

Sachs Recreation Center free membership during employment with park district.
