In this role, you’ll not only provide top-notch preventive dental care but also educate our patients on maintaining their oral health. Your expertise and patient-first approach will be essential in fostering long-term wellness in our community.

• Performing thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and root planing as needed.
• Taking and developing dental radiographs (X-rays).
• Conducting oral health assessments and charting conditions of teeth and gums.
• Educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
• Applying sealants and fluoride treatments when appropriate.
• Preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments following infection control protocols.
• Assisting the dentist during exams and procedures as needed.
• Accurately documenting patient care and treatment plans in digital records.
• Monitoring and maintaining hygiene supplies and equipment.
• Ensuring compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory standards.
• Performing additional duties as assigned to support patient care and clinic operations.

• Valid Dental Hygiene license in the state of Illinois.
• Associate degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A gentle, compassionate chairside manner.
• Proficiency with dental software and digital charting systems.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Attention to detail and a dedication to delivering quality care.
• Familiarity with common dental procedures and patient education techniques.

• Full-time position (5 days per week).
• Must be able to travel between LaGrange, West Loop, and Berwyn locations.
