Park Team Member

Overview

Park Team Member at Kids Empire — Team Members are the initial contact between guests and Kids Empire. They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any questions or comments that guests may have while present at Kids Empire. Team Members work with families and peers throughout the park to ensure guests are having an excellent and safe time.

• Attend to customers promptly, greet them appropriately, and make them feel comfortable in the park ambiance.
• Operate the check-in process by collecting guest information (address, name, email, phone) and signing the liability waiver using an IPad.
• Operate the front cash counter, manage daily cash transactions, handle payments (cash, credit/debit), and provide exact change when needed.
• Verify and process billing transactions accurately via the POS system.
• Organize the beverage area with drinks, snacks, chips, and ice cream; monitor inventory and communicate with management to replenish stock.
• Walk the floor to monitor for unsafe hazards and ensure guests follow park rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize park surfaces (tables, chairs, playground structures).
• Assist and participate in family events, ensuring events operate efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Stand, walk, bend, and twist constantly.
• Frequent bilateral hand movements and good finger dexterity.
• Work in a noisy environment created by guests, including children yelling and music.
• Adapt to a hectic and busy work environment during scheduled hours.
• Comfortable with heights and tight spaces as needed.

• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work with children and operate an IPad.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Read and write in English.
