Job Title: Manager of External Financial Reporting

Duration: 3 Months (Could go beyond)

Role

Summary:

• This position is critical in the development of and preparation of International’s external reporting.
• The role includes coordinating and performing activities on behalf of the external reporting team, including information flow and liaising with management.
• This position will perform technical accounting and SEC research to provide management with timely information for analysis and decision-making.
• Assist in projects such as acquisitions, divestitures, new policies, transactions, training, benchmarking, etc.
• Focus on developing team members.

Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing SEC financial filings (10-Qs, 10-Ks, S-3s, S-4s, and others)
• Supporting Proxy Statement preparation and review
• Coordinating financial information transmission between corporate and international operations
• Conducting accounting research and developing position papers
• Monitoring US GAAP, SEC, and PCAOB developments
• Guiding corporate and operational personnel on technical financial matters
• Participating in technical areas like impairment reviews
• Supporting M&A activities and reporting
• Updating accounting policies
• Working with external auditors on disclosures and impairment tests
• Managing reporting issues, budgets, and special projects
• Overseeing XBRL compliance and filings
• Coordinating SEC filing processes with external printers

Experience:

• Bachelor's in Accounting, CPA required
• Big 4 public accounting experience with SEC focus preferred
• At least four years, ideally five
• Strong technical accounting and research skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Results-driven with high-quality standards
