What You’ll Be Doing- This role will administer company policies at the local level and act as Field Liaison for the Region / Headquarters.
- Develop and implement efficient procedures throughout the Complex in partnership with COO and COM.
- Facilitate communications within Complex, support day-to-day Branch Operations, and interface with the VPs with issues of performance, workflow, and operating procedures.
- Run and monitor monthly reports in support of FPs to help track budgets, growth, development and various Associate recognition and qualification metrics.
- Responsible for complex reporting and new business and commissions inquiries and training.
- Support HQ initiatives that help develop, improve, or eliminate processes in order to create value and more effective and efficient support to the field.
- Act as a resource by sharing time and expertise to assist in the development of new programs.
The base salary range for this position is $86,000 - $90,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

- 3+ years financial services experience or related business experience
- Expertise with Microsoft office tools
- Experience in or knowledge of insurance, securities, or financial services
- Good judgement and decision-making skills
