About Us: Charles Ifergan Salons, a family-owned business and top hair salon in Chicago for over 50 years, is growing and seeking talented individuals to join our team! Position Overview: We are currently hiring Junior Stylists and Colorists and Beauty School Graduates across in our Deerfield location. This is a fantastic opportunity for newly graduated beauty professionals or those with less than two years of experience who are eager to immerse themselves in the Charles Ifergan technique and advance their careers. You will graduate with the potential to become one of our high-earning Technicians.

The position is for 5 days a week, Tuesday-Saturday. We offer health insurance, 401K, paid leave and vacation, advanced education, beauty perks and much more!!

• Junior Stylist and Styling Assistant

WHAT YOU WILL GAIN:

Charles Ifergan Assistantship Training Program:

With over 50 years of teaching experience, we know how to train and coach successful Colorists and Stylists. Our training program is intensive in technical skills and verbal communication in the department of your choice. It will motivate and inspire you. Every week you will practice on live models provided by the salon under the training and mentorship of industry-leading Educators.

You will acquire fabulous technical skills and learn critical communication skills that will allow you to marry your technique with the personal style of your clients- one of the cornerstones of the Charles Ifergan approach to hair.

The result is your success through long-term client retention and the support of our team of Educators, Managers and professionals:

• Stage 1: Initial education in styling and coloring techniques.
• Stage 2: After you reach certain skills, you will begin Stage 2:
  The Bridge where you will start to service paying clients to refine your skills.
• Stage 3: Graduation with a guaranteed client base and advanced techniques. We will provide you with 350+ new clients that we generate through social media, advertising, marketing and PR. This sets you up to establish a base for your clientele and long-term success.

WHAT WE OFFER:

Competitive Pay and tips:

• Competitive pay ranges from $15.00 to $30.00 per hour.
• Earn between $50,000 and $60,000 within two years as a Junior Stylist or Colorist. After that, the sky’s the limit!

Qualifications:

• Cosmetology License preferred but not required.
