Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate caregiver to join our team. The caregiver will provide assistance to individuals in their daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Escort clients to appointments and run errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client’s health status.
• Implement behavior management techniques when necessary.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, feeding, medication reminders, walking/exercise assistance, light housekeeping, errands/shopping, toileting, non‑medical help.

• 1 year of experience in assisted living or senior care environments (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage challenging behaviors effectively.
• Background in childcare, social work, or related fields.
• Proficiency in caregiving techniques.
• Familiarity with home care systems.
• Competence in meal preparation for special dietary needs.
• Valid  Social Security Card (required).
• Driver’s License (preferred).
• Ability to commute to required suburbs (Glenview, Evanston, Northbrook, ...) or relocate.

Location:

In person, in the North/Western suburbs (Glenview, Evanston, Northbrook, ...).

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour (varies by experience).
