Your role at Vantive

We are looking for an Associate Director to oversee business growth strategy for the continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) portfolio. CRRT is a continuous dialysis modality utilized in intensive care units to support patients experiencing acute kidney injury. This area represents a substantial growth opportunity aligned with Vantive’s mission of extending lives and broadening possibilities through advanced vital organ therapies. The Associate Director will be responsible for market segmentation, identifying avenues for expansion, and formulating strategies to enhance Vantive’s leadership within the CRRT sector.

The role requires close collaboration with global marketing, sales, medical affairs, market access, regulatory, legal, and operations teams to achieve meaningful business outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business growth strategies for CRRT, including market segmentation, customer targeting, and competitive positioning
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify new opportunities for CRRT therapy expansion
  • Refine financial forecasts, pricing strategies, and long‑range plans to support sustainable growth in the CRRT business
  • Drive cross‑functional collaboration and accountability with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on business objectives and execution plans
  • Build, further develop, and leverage relationships with key customers and hospitals to validate market assumptions and to support education and awareness initiatives for CRRT
  • Develop and implement segmentation strategies to optimize resource allocation and maximize market impact
  • Lead the development of sales training, promotional materials, and medical education initiatives to support consistent, aligned, and on‑brand promotion of CRRT, working with internal stakeholders and third‑party creative agencies to plan, create, and launch campaigns and compelling stories around the value propositions and messaging that will resonate with target audiences
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPI s) to track financial and operational progress, adjusting strategies as needed based on market dynamics
  • Maintain ongoing P&L and scenario modeling to support business decision making
  • Mentor peers and manage team member(s), fostering professional growth and supporting a collaborative, high‑performance culture
What You’ll Bring
  • BS/BA degree required, MBA preferred
  • 8+ year marketing experience required, including demonstrated success in business growth and strategy roles
  • 5+ years demonstrated marketing experience within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, medication device, and/or life science industries preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze and find creative, innovative solutions to business challenges
  • Digital literacy includes Project Management tools, Microsoft Office Suite (including CoPilot),
