Technical Recruiter

Screen candidates for ability to do various searches such as a Boolean search string (demonstration preferred). Candidates should have technical recruitment experience, be team players, hardworking, communicative, and friendly.

Responsibilities:

You'll play a vital role in shaping our workforce by sourcing, engaging, and strategically pipelining top talent. In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, build strong candidate relationships, and drive an exceptional hiring experience. Experience:

• Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing talent experience
• Experience with Kenexa or similar recruiting software tools (iCims, Workday, etc.)
• Customer service experience with internal and external clients, meeting quality standards and evaluating customer satisfaction
• Strong time management skills, including prioritizing, organizing, tracking details, and meeting deadlines for multiple projects

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma with at least 3 years of experience in recruitment or staffing agency.
