Senior Human Resources Information System Analyst

Overview

Senior Workday HRIS Analyst — Manufacturing industry.

Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $/yr. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401K. This is a direct-hire role with Addison Group client who values innovation, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver outstanding employee experiences.

Our client is expanding their HR Technology team and seeks experienced Workday HRIS Analysts who are hands-on with configurations, integrations, and reporting—not just end users. These direct hire roles focus on optimizing Workday functionality, supporting HR and Payroll operations, and enhancing data accuracy and system processes.

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday HR modules.
• Develop and optimize custom reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to align system capabilities with business needs.
• Train and support end-users, while providing strategic recommendations for system improvements.
• Lead Workday projects.
• Maintain a proactive approach to data integrity and automation.

• 5+ years’ HRIS experience with at least 2+ years working hands-on with Workday (not just as a user).
• Strong skills in Workday configurations, security, integrations, and reporting.
• Deep understanding of HRIS and Payroll system partnerships.
• Critical thinker with a passion for problem-solving and process improvement.
• Independent, self-starter who builds strong relationships across teams.
• Preferred:
  Experience with Workday integrations and automation; experience supporting multiple brands within a large organization.
