Kelly Services is looking to hire several Site Logistics Operators/Material Handlers in Knoxville, TN for an industry leading chemical company. For this opportunity, you could be placed as a Chemical Finished Product Operator or a Polymers Packaging/Warehousing/Shipping Operator on a long-term, indefinite assignment. You will be working with chemicals and should be comfortable doing such - either with previous experience or the willingness to learn.
Job DescriptionOne of our top customers, a global leader in the Healthcare field, is currently seeking a Staffing Coordinator for a 6 month + temporary position. This position is located in Deerfield, IL.
The rate of pay is $17.50 per hour.
This is a 1st shift position, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for the administration of employment processes in accordance with hiring guidelines and policies. This individual provides support to the Talent Acquisition function in various customer-servicing aspects of employment; from scheduling all phases of interviews to the final offer process. This position requires extensive interaction with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Vendors and candidates/applicants. Our chose candidate will contribute to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition group by providing a high level of customer service and quality throughout the Recruiting Process.
Responsibilities- Serve as dedicated Staffing Coordinator for selected group of hiring managers and recruiters
- Scheduling interviews
- Coordinating candidate travel
- Preparing offer letters
- Facilitate job postings
- Applicant Tracking System administration
- Entry, maintenance and integrity of data into People Soft and Applicant Tracking System
- Communicate professionally and effectively with all parties involved in the recruitment process
- Process invoices as needed
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
- Must have at least 2 years of Staffing / Recruiting experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Excellent written and communication skills
