Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Full Stack Engineer / Solution Architect to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong architectural skills, hands-on full stack development experience, and excellent communication abilities.

This role involves designing and delivering scalable, secure, and efficient end-to-end solutions leveraging Java, Angular, and Microsoft Azure.

The candidate will also provide technical leadership, drive architectural decisions, and ensure adherence to best practices across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement full stack solutions using Java, Angular, and Azure technologies.
• Architect robust, scalable, and secure enterprise applications with hands-on coding responsibilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute solution strategies aligned with business goals.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and apply Dev Ops best practices to ensure efficient delivery and automation.
• Work with Azure Dev Ops (ADO) for code repositories, build/release pipelines, and work item tracking.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Define architecture for small to mid-sized projects and ensure the implementation of optimized frameworks.
• Guide and review technical delivery by internal teams and conduct design/code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Resolve design issues and own the technical design for complex modules.
• Participate in requirement gathering and analysis of functional and non-functional aspects.
• Provide technical inputs to SCRUM Masters/Project Managers for risk mitigation and sprint planning.
• Support Proof of Concept (PoC) activities to validate technical feasibility and performance optimization.
• Contribute to knowledge management by creating reusable components, conducting technical training, and documenting best practices.
• Drive process improvements and delivery excellence by leveraging automation and productivity tools.
• Conduct technical audits and ensure compliance with architectural standards and coding best practices.

• Strong hands-on experience with Java for backend development.
• Proficiency in Angular for building modern, responsive user interfaces.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud services and deployment models.
• Experience in Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
• Proficient in working with Azure Dev Ops (ADO) for code, build, and release management.
• Proven ability to design and develop enterprise-grade applications end-to-end.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to collaborate in Agile environments and contribute to sprint planning and estimation.

• Prior experience working in Agile teams and using ADO Boards.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deep understanding of pharmacy systems—experience with CVS Health is strongly preferred;
  Walgreens experience may also be considered.
• Experience contributing to proposal development and solution structuring for technology projects.
• Knowledge of design patterns, architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, SOA, N-Tier), and best practices for performance and security.
• Proven track record in developing reusable frameworks and conducting technical audits or reviews.
