PMP certified.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
• Experience working with multiple external vendors to coordinate deliverables and managing expectations.
• Strong technical background in project management
• Track record of leading and managing complex technology projects with aggressive schedules and timelines
• Capable of rapid absorption of new subject matter across technical, business and market specific domains
• Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability of results in an end-to-end project lifecycle
• Ability to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or multiple competing priorities
• Must be mature, exercise good judgment, be a relationship builder, be decisive, and employ negotiation skills to influence and get the job done
• Ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the enterprise and to work with both technical and non-technical individuals

• Solid foundation in service-oriented architecture to be able to understand service inter-dependencies and drive towards technical solutions for multi-tiered systems
• 7+ years of experience leading software development projects with aggressive schedules
• 3+ years of relevant software engineering experience
• Experience with Agile software development principles and methodologies
• Familiarity with Agile Development tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Knowledge of open source software platforms and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
