Job Title: SAP Success Factors Solution Architect
Job Location: Deerfield, IL
Job Type: Full Time
Rate: Market rate
Required Skills:- 8+ years of solution architecting and deployment experience in SAP HCM/Success Factors
- Must have implemented SAP HCM and Success Factors modules (EC and EC Payroll) as a lead solution architect
- Retail industry sector experience is preferred
- Experience with a minimum of five full-cycle implementations
- Good understanding of industry-specific business processes
- Has performed at least 3 feasibility studies
- Understands the Industry Leading Business Process approach and contributes to it
