Details of the role are provided below:
Position Title: SFDC Platform Architect
Certification is must (Active certification)
Job Responsibilities:- Establish and standardize architecture and governance for the SFDC Platform.
- Establish technology standards, security standards, change management processes, etc.
- Design, develop, and articulate solutions based on strategic business or technical requirements.
- Coordinate with development teams, solution architects, shared services, and vendors.
- Progressive leadership in the full lifecycle of software development.
- Technical leadership and cohesive architecture for strategic efforts.
- Experience in establishing a Salesforce Center of Excellence, governance, multi-org rollout, and release management.
- Deep technical knowledge of customer-facing systems, infrastructure, scalability, and performance.
- Work with delivery teams to define development and security guidelines.
- Guidance on master data management related to Salesforce.
- Understanding of application integration and connectivity architecture.
- Develop change and release management guidelines for Salesforce.
- Ability to communicate complex technical decisions effectively.
- At least 3 years of (SFDC) implementation experience.
- Salesforce certifications (Technical or Platform Developer) preferred.
- Experience as a Technical Architect on implementation projects.
- platform experience, including API and governor limits.
- Experience with platform capabilities like Workflow, Chatter, Knowledge.
- Experience with data migration, SSO, web services, and third-party integrations.
- Salesforce: 3 years
