The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Systems will lead the strategic planning, design, and implementation of global supply chain systems initiatives across Fortune Brands’ portfolio of businesses. This role will be instrumental in driving end-to-end supply chain digital transformation—modernizing core systems, optimizing processes, and enhancing visibility, integration, and analytics across global operations. This leader will partner closely with IT, operations, procurement, logistics, and finance to ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable business value and align with enterprise strategy.

This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, IL. Effective fall 2025, Fortune Brands will transition to a new world-class campus in Deerfield, bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices, brands, and functions. The campus will offer vibrant work spaces for collaboration, along with amenities for dining, onsite daycare, fitness and recreation.

• Define and execute the multi-year roadmap for global supply chain systems transformation, aligned with enterprise digital strategy.
• Serve as the strategic liaison between strategic supply chain domain owners and technology teams to ensure alignment of systems with operational goals.
• Lead global, cross-functional teams in deploying, testing, and monitoring various supply chain enhancement systems.
• Establish transformation governance frameworks to ensure disciplined program execution, stakeholder alignment, and benefits realization.

• Oversee the evaluation, selection, and implementation of supply chain technologies and platforms.
• Lead process redesign initiatives focused on standardization, automation, and simplification across sourcing, manufacturing, distribution, transportation, planning, and finance.
• Partner with data and analytics teams to enhance end-to-end supply chain data enablement, visibility, governance, and automation.
• Drive and maintain dashboards, using Smartsheet, sourcing data from various ERPs and supporting business dashboard development by BI analytics team.
• Design internal workflows for data management, quick turnaround projects, and maintain agile tool kit sources like jira, confluence, miro etc.
• High level and focus on process orientation, setting and managing internal data integrity and control standards.

• Support global change management strategies to ensure adoption of new systems and processes.
• Engage senior leaders across business units to drive transformation alignment and sponsorship.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to functional leaders, providing insights on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Effectively work in a project based environment, utilizing agile and waterfall methodologies for small to large development projects, and meeting and managing timelines with stakeholders.
