Job Description: Chamberlain Advisors is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Technology Risk & Compliance to support enterprise IT compliance and risk management activities. The role focuses on maintaining the company’s compliance with regulatory and certification requirements—including PCI‑DSS, HIPAA, and HITRUST—by developing and executing IT control testing procedures, recommending remediations, and ensuring proper governance across IT policies and standards.
What You Will Be Accountable For- Assist in the development, execution, and management of the IT compliance program.
- Assess IT processes and controls to identify risks, weaknesses, and remediation opportunities.
- Execute detailed IT control testing procedures across multiple systems and platforms.
- Analyze and interpret regulatory standards such as HIPAA, PCI‑DSS, and HITRUST, advising teams on compliance.
- Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to support compliance reviews.
- Develop and maintain documentation of control frameworks, testing outcomes, and risk mitigation steps.
- Prepare clear, well‑organized reports and dashboards summarizing findings for management and stakeholders.
- Support governance processes and ensure IT practices align with company policies and industry standards.
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of IT compliance, audit, or security experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in IT security compliance, IT audit, or risk assessments.
- Experience working with PCI‑DSS, HIPAA, and cloud security frameworks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to synthesize technical and regulatory data for diverse audiences.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF functions, and chart/graph creation.
- Understanding of IT General Controls (ITGC).
- Open and eager to learn new systems and regulations.
- Experience with ITGC control assessments and remediation tracking.
- Familiarity with cloud security and audit standards.
