You will be responsible for maintaining our portfolio of Vantive Unlocked programs for Vantive's cross-company value creation program. As a key member of our Vantive Unlocked team, you will partner with cross functional teams to help quantify and track the programs that will drive value for Vantive in the coming years. You will develop and execute a reporting strategy and process for leadership updates.

• Manage our portfolio of Vantive Unlocked projects for our cross-company value creation program
• Manage our value creation software platform (Maestro) used to track Vantive Unlocked programs
• Develop a deep understanding of the key programs driving value for Vantive over the next 3-5+ years, and monitor their status and risks
• Partner cross-functionally to capture program details and updates in the value creation software
• Partner with finance to ensure consistency in financial estimates
• Work with project leaders on milestone and overall timeline tracking for programs
• Develop and execute a regular cadence of program reporting for leadership readouts
• Communicate key risks and concerns for off track programs
• Be a champion for Vantive Unlocked and company-wide value creation

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, science/engineering, or related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in finance, project management, or related field
• Prior experience in healthcare or value creation programs is preferred
• High level proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite
• Understanding of financial and project management tools
• A balance of quantitative/analytical and strategic skill sets
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholders across functions and geographies
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $88,000 to $110,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position.

We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
