Capital One – Enterprise Consumer Product (ECP) Marketing Transformation team.

ECP is responsible for Capital One’s digital customer experiences, including its award‑winning mobile app, online presence, and marketing and messaging technology ecosystem. Within ECP, our team has a bold mission to transform the marketing infrastructure for Capital One.

This product leader is responsible for driving the management and delivery of in‑market performance through successful implementation of pilots with our line of business partners. The role involves working with lines of business to deeply understand their needs and opportunities, leveraging those insights to create the business and technical requirements needed for product teams to build our destination martech stack, and partnering with the lines of business to ensure high‑quality implementation of prioritized campaigns.

In this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas that form the foundation for successful product management:

• Technology Driven – Leverages technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that enable both near‑term and long‑term value

• Transformational Leadership – Leads cross‑functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment

• At least 9 years of experience working in Product Management
• Currently holds, or is in the process of obtaining, one of the following degrees, with the expectation that the degree will be completed on or before the scheduled start date:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or related quantitative field)
  • A Master’s Degree in a quantitative field, or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products

Salaries for part‑time roles will be prorated based on agreed hours. This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives (LTI).
