Salary: $90,000 - $100,000

Pay Grade: 16

Job Summary

This individual provides support to the Regional Manager to provide excellent customer service to our corporate client. The position will directly manage in‑house and/or third‑party soft service providers including, but not limited to, janitorial, landscaping, snow removal, trash & recycling, waste management, pest control, and mail/shipping. The ideal individual directly manages the team that provides janitorial, mail/shipping, and business services support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial reporting as required.
  • Assist in vendor contract development and procure goods and services through Compass and Client systems.
  • Manage requisitions and POs and receipt invoices upon delivery or completion of work.
  • Act collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations with professionalism and customer service focus.
  • Work closely with the site Management team on day‑to‑day operations and assist the Regional Manager in planning the facilities team’s goals and objectives.
  • Ensure appropriate follow-up with customers.
  • Establish work standards and workflow.
  • Seek to continuously improve processes, systems, and overall client satisfaction.
  • Any and all other tasks and duties assigned.
Qualifications
  • 3‑5 years of industry experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Client Relations and Customer Service Oriented
  • Team leadership abilities; staffing, recruiting, development, and relations
  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
  • Must be willing to travel up to 25%
