The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is a senior member of the leadership team, and as an extension of the General Manager, is responsible for driving an exceptional experience for both members and associates. This position plays a crucial role in developing teams, creating a culture of accountability through the lens of our core values, and enhancing strong member communities. Salary range:$85,000 - $90,000.
The actual compensation will depend on experience, and/or additional skills you bring to the table.
