We are looking for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our world‑class team in Bannockburn, IL (2211 Waukegan Rd, Bannockburn, IL 60015). The AGM serves as a senior member of the leadership team and operates as an extension of the General Manager. This role focuses on creating an exceptional experience for both members and associates, building a culture of accountability, and fostering strong member communities.
Location: Bannockburn, IL – 2211 Waukegan Rd, Bannockburn, IL 60015
Salary Range: $85,000 – $90,000 (dependent on experience and additional skills).
