• Lead the Maintenance Department – Oversee all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.
• Preventative Maintenance – Develop and manage programs to ensure HVAC and facility systems operate safely and efficiently.

• Proven experience in facilities or maintenance management
