Job Title:
Project Manager

Duration: 12+ Month Contract to hire

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, large-scale programs and portfolios to achieve key business objectives. This role requires strong financial ownership, cross‑functional leadership, and experience managing enterprise‑level initiatives.

• Manage multiple programs or portfolios, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule
• Own program financials, forecasting, and budget management ($20M+ programs)
• Lead and mentor Project and Program Managers
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration and executive‑level communication
• Establish program governance, prioritization, and risk management
• Resolve complex issues, resource conflicts, and escalations
• Coordinate business and technical requirements across teams

• 10+ years of Project Management and 5+ years of Program Management experience
• Experience delivering global programs in retail and/or healthcare is a plus
• Strong financial acumen and executive stakeholder management
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Advanced skills in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• PMP certification preferred
• Experience setting up or managing a PMO is a plus
