Account Manager

OVERVIEW

Alera Group is looking for an Employee Benefits Enterprise Account Manager. We are seeking highly motivated colleagues who bring experience and enthusiasm to our team - joining us may be the perfect fit for you! Prior experience in large group preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Support Advisors with client onboarding, renewals, and service delivery by maintaining accurate records and executing established workflows

* Collaborate on RFPs, analyze carrier proposals, and assist with presentations and communications to support client decision-making

* Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams to provide timely, professional service and stay current on industry trends

QUALIFICATIONS

* Required knowledge of medical, dental, vision, and ancillary benefits, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

* State license in Life/Health preferred, must become licensed with 90 days if not

* Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus

* Strong attention to detail, organization, multitasking, problem-solving skills, sense of urgency, teamwork, and excellent communication abilities

Salary range is $80K to 95K per year.
