Sales Counselor - Senior Living

On behalf of our long term client, we are currently seeking a motivated Sales Counselor to conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have the desire to grow into a Sales Director, as there is a clear pathway put in place to achieve this.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize technology sales tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
• Manage client accounts and maintain ongoing relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Implement upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing clients.

Experience:

• Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Independent living experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Familiarity with outside sales processes and techniques.
• Experience in technology sales is highly desirable.
• Experience with in Senior Living sales is a MUST.

Compensation: $50,000.00-$55,000.00
