Wednesday to Sunday 8:00 am‑4:30 pm (Mon & Tues off)

Pay Range: $21‑$23 per hour

• Ensure all mechanical systems and equipment are operational and properly maintained.
• Maintain common areas in a clean, aesthetically appealing, and disinfected condition.
• Routinely walk floors, including roof checks, to identify problems and report back to supervisors.
• Follow all safety precautions while performing work.
• Maintain a working relationship with building staff.
• Perform painting of common areas and touch up; inspect areas that need paint and advise the manager.
• Complete daily work orders as scheduled.
• Maintain assigned equipment in good working condition.
• Perform casual labor such as lifting or moving heavy items, following appropriate safety procedures.
• Carry out minor maintenance replacements and repairs in carpentry, electrical work, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, painting, flooring, and other building repairs through daily scheduled work orders.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Use new equipment safely and follow safety procedures before operating it.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years of general experience in building trades, repair, maintenance or handyman work.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in multiple languages is desirable.
