Senior Lead Software Engineer, Back End/Full Stack (Intelligent Foundations & Experiences)

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers experienced in distributed microservices and full‑stack systems to create solutions that meet regulatory needs and business goals.
• Stay on top of technology trends, experiment with new methods, and share knowledge through internal and external communities. Mentor peers and occasionally code or evaluate code.
• Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust, cloud‑based solutions that enhance customer empowerment.
• Utilize programming languages (Java, Python, SQL, Node, Go, Scala) and open‑source RDBMS/No
  
  SQL databases. Work with container orchestration services (Docker, Kubernetes) and a variety of AWS tools and services.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• At least 6 years of professional software engineering experience (internship experience does not apply).
• At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).

• Master’s Degree in a related field.
• 9+ years of experience in Java, Scala, Python, Go, or Node.js.
• 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service.
• 4+ years of experience in open‑source frameworks.
• 1+ years of people management experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Agile practices.
