Midtown Athletic Club is seeking a Tennis Coach who is passionate about helping members and will foster their love of racquet sports.

• Midtown strives to hire individuals committed to full-time employment, although we hire part-time and seasonal coaches. Coaches who attain an average of 28 hours per week or more of on- and off-court duties qualify for full-time benefits.

Depending on credentials and experience, full-time Midtown coaches earn, including the full-time benefits package, and with 30 hours of instruction per week, between $65,000 and $85,000 annually.

• Have relevant coaching experience, including group and private lessons for adults and youth.
• Are Safe Play certified or willing to become Safe Play certified prior to hiring.
• Possess one nationally recognized racquet sports certification or be willing to become certified within 3 months of hire.
• Have an NTRP rating of 4.0 or equivalent and be able to demonstrate skills effectively.
• Have a growth mindset and are curious.
• Are passionate about helping others, see the glass as half-full, and enthusiastic about coming to work every day.
