Overview

We currently have a vacancy for a dedicated, highly organised administrator to join our Employer Engagement, Work Experience, Projects & Funding Administration team at our Deeside campus.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to management staff and to related departmental activities and objectives.
  • Complete a range of office-related duties to collaborate with colleagues to ensure coordination of the administrative support service within the department on a day-to-day basis.
  • Work flexibly as part of a team, organise and administer various activities to contribute to, maintain, and develop appropriate office administration and information systems.
  • Support internal and external customers as appropriate and liaise with college staff and external organisations regarding matters relating to the business area.
Qualifications and Skills
  • NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration, or equivalent; 4 GCSEs or equivalent (including English and Maths) at Grade D or above.
  • Well-developed ICT skills and experience using MS Office and Google applications.
  • Recent administrative experience in a busy office environment.
  • Ability to cooperate with other team members and work without supervision.
  • Confident and assertive communication, both oral and written.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to plan own workload.
  • Welsh language skills are desirable for this post; willingness to grow bilingual provision and service is valued.
