NEC4 Accredited Project Manager – A494 Critical Infrastructure Project

Location: A494 corridor
Contract Length: 2.5 years
Start Date: September
Contract Type: Freelance / Outside IR35
Rate: Market rate

We are seeking an NEC4 Accredited Project Manager for a major Welsh Government-backed critical infrastructure scheme on the A494, a key route carrying approximately 8,000 vehicles per day.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-profile highways project at the start of a long-term programme of works, with a contract expected to run for 2.5 years.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading project delivery under the NEC contract, ensuring successful commercial and contractual management throughout the lifecycle of the scheme.

Key Requirements

NEC4 Accredited Project Manager
Chartered status is essential
Proven experience on major highways infrastructure projects
Structures experience highly desirable
Strong NEC contract administration and project delivery experience
Able to be on site 2–3 days per week
