Working within a collaborative and technically driven environment, you will lead project delivery across key infrastructure work streams, managing programme performance, stakeholder engagement, and NEC contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading and coordinating infrastructure projects from inception through to delivery. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and commercially successfully.
The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with a mix of site presence, office collaboration, and remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects within a regulated environment
* Manage programme performance across scope, cost, risk, and schedule
* Administer and manage NEC contracts effectively
* Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and external stakeholders
* Support client engagement and maintain strong working relationships
* Drive project governance, reporting, and commercial performance
* Ensure projects are delivered in line with safety, quality, and compliance standards
About You
We are looking for an experienced project professional with a strong infrastructure background and proven experience operating within complex delivery environments.
Essential:
* Strong Project Management experience within infrastructure or major capital projects
* Excellent working knowledge of NEC contracts
* Experience managing multiple stakeholders and delivery partners
* Strong commercial awareness and programme management capability
* Ability to lead projects through full lifecycle delivery
Desirable:
* Utilities or water sector experience
* Previous experience working on AMP programmes
* Professional qualifications or chartership (APM, RICS, ICE, etc.)
