Location: Garden City
Thames Valley Police is looking for a Police Call Handler to be the first voice heard by the community when they need assistance. You will manage various calls, provide appropriate advice, and maintain professionalism under pressure. No previous experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Successful candidates will undergo a 6-week training course leading to a Level 3 Certificate in Emergency Service Contact Handling. The role offers flexible working options and a salary of circa £39,561.39 per annum.
