Customer Service Lead

Customer Service Lead Banbury | £35,000 - £40,000 | Full-time, Permanent We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Customer Service Lead to join a successful business in Banbury. You'll be a key point of contact for customers, building strong relationships, managing enquiries and quotations and working across the business to ensure a great customer experience from enquiry through to delivery.

This is more than a traditional customer service role. You'll have the opportunity to identify commercial opportunities, improve processes and help drive continuous improvement across the operation.

Key responsibilities:

Building strong customer relationships and taking ownership of enquiries and escalations Managing quotations and commercial follow-up Coordinating with technical support, purchasing, logistics and warehouse teams Proactively resolving issues, delays and operational challenges Identifying opportunities to grow aftermarket sales and improve customer retention Reviewing processes and driving improvements to customer service and operational efficiency Monitoring KPIs and using performance information to identify areas for improvement We're looking for:
Experience in customer service, account management, commercial support or operations Strong customer relationship and problem-solving skills Experience managing enquiries, quotations and order processing Excellent organisation and attention to detail A confident communicator who can work effectively across different departments A proactive, commercially aware approach with a genuine interest in improving how things are done

Experience with in engineering, manufacturing, service or industrial equipment would be advantageous, but isn't essential. What's in it for you? £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience, 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, healthcare, sick pay and additional company benefits.
