Internal Account Manager Worcester £28-30k plus bonus OTE £34-36k Our Worcester based client is looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Internal Account Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing a varied workload, building strong customer relationships, and supporting a busy sales function. About the Role As an Internal Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting customers and the wider sales team.

Your day will be varied and will involve managing incoming enquiries, resolving issues, processing orders accurately, and spotting opportunities to add value. What’s Involved in the Role
· Responding promptly to customer enquiries, including urgent requests for pricing, stock availability and product information.
· Preparing accurate and relevant information for Account Managers ahead of customer meetings.
· Handling delivery issues professionally, investigating missing items and keeping customers updated until resolution.
· Entering, checking and processing customer orders with a high level of accuracy.
· Monitoring customer ordering patterns and identifying opportunities to recommend additional products or services.
· Managing your workload effectively, including carrying forward and completing outstanding tasks from previous days.
· Prioritising tasks based on urgency, customer impact and commercial importance.
· Communicating clearly with customers, colleagues and the sales team to ensure smooth service delivery.
