• As a Functional Skills Maths Lecturer at Coleg Cambria, you will:
• Deliver engaging and effective Functional Skills Maths lessons to learners across a range of programmes,
• Plan and prepare learning activities that meet curriculum and awarding body requirements,
• Support learners in developing their numeracy, problem-solving, and practical mathematical skills,
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement,
• Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment,
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure learners achieve successful outcomes.

• Experience teaching Maths or Functional Skills within Further Education, training, or a related setting,
• Strong knowledge of Functional Skills Maths qualifications and curriculum requirements,
• Excellent communication and organisational skills,
• A passion for supporting and developing learners of all abilities,
• A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) is desirable,
• A valid or up-to-date DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
