You will maintain integrity and control of critical spare parts inventories whilst driving continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. TPM programmes).

You will support operational continuity through collaboration with Manufacturing and Logistics teams as well as coordinate and maintain the Process Safety System and Critical Plant Register. You will keep up to date with developments in plant design, technology, and safety practices

What you will need

To be successful in this role you will be degree-qualified in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, ideally with a Chartered Engineer status.

You will also have the following experience:

  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail with a focus on safety and compliance
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Demonstrable focus on Health, Safety & Environmental performance
