Product Line Engineering Manager - Aerospace

Our client, a leading engineering business within the aerospace and defence sector, is looking to recruit an experienced Product Line Engineering Manager to join their Leadership Team.

The Role

As Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading engineering activities across new product development, in-service support, technology development and new business opportunities. You'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards while developing and supporting your team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of engineers, managing recruitment, performance and resource planning.
• Support business growth through customer engagement and new business proposals.
• Manage new product development programmes from contract award through to production.
• Oversee engineering support for existing products, including technical investigations and issue resolution.
