IFA Administrator

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 + Bonus

Deeside, North Wales, Hybrid Working

Independent financial advisory firm to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator. This is an excellent financial services job opportunity will offer a move into a more client-facing role with clear progression towards financial advice.

You will act as the key link between clients and advisers, managing a portfolio of clients while supporting Financial Planners in delivering high-quality financial advice. This is a varied role combining client relationship management, technical support, and coordination of end-to-end client processes.

• Manage and build long-term client relationships
• Act as main contact for client non advice queries
• Support advisers with research, documentation, and implementation of recommendations
• Oversee client onboarding and ongoing servicing
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of client work and compliance requirements
• Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and develop new business

• Experience as a paraplanner or senior administrator within financial planning
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products
• Working towards (or completed) Level 4 Diploma preferred
• Highly organised with excellent communication skills
• Proactive, client-focused, and a strong team player
• Experience with Intelligent Office (desirable)
