About the Role:
We re looking for kind, compassionate Home Care Assistants to support our customers from lunchtime to teatime, helping them live safely, comfortably and independently in their own homes.
You don t need previous experience just a caring nature and a genuine desire to make a difference. In return, you ll receive full training, ongoing support, and the chance to be part of an award-winning care provider, recognised as a Top 20 provider in the area for 7 consecutive years.

What You ll Be Doing:
As a Care Assistant, your role will include:
- Personal care and support
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Medication reminders
- Encouraging light exercise and daily routines
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Bringing warmth, reassurance and a smile to each visit
- A caring, compassionate and reliable person
- No previous experience required full training provided
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own car (essential)
- Willingness to commit to some weekend shifts
- Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)
- £13.00 £ 16.25 per hour
- Mileage paid at 40p per mile
- Enhanced bank holiday pay
- 28 days holiday (pro rata)
