Autism Pathways is a specialist provider of high-quality accommodation and support for adults with autism and complex needs. We are proud to be launching a brand-new, purpose-built residential service in Hawarden. As a Night Support Care Worker
, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of individuals during overnight hours. You'll provide calm, consistent support while maintaining a peaceful and secure environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring individuals throughout the night to ensure their safety and wellbeing
• Supporting with bedtime routines and overnight care needs
• Responding to any incidents or emergencies with professionalism and sensitivity
• Promoting a calm and reassuring atmosphere
• Maintaining accurate records and contributing to care plans
• Ensuring the environment remains clean, safe, and secure
• Collaborating with day staff to ensure continuity of care

You'll be working in a highly structured setting with tailored support plans and purpose-built apartments designed for both safety and independence.

• Committed to learning – open to training and development, including working towards a Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care

Experience in autism, learning disabilities, or complex behavioural needs is desirable but not essential. What matters most is your attitude, values, and willingness to make a difference.
