Legal Resourcer, West Midlands, , £Competitive. eNL is looking to add recent graduates to its established legal recruitment team in the West Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain practical commercial experience. Job  
• Join an established recruitment team in a role initially offered for 3 months, with the possibility of a further 3 month extension and the potential to move into a permanent position for the right candidate.
• Receive full training, mentoring and ongoing guidance while developing your knowledge of legal recruitment.
• Take responsibility for identifying potential candidates using recruitment databases, job boards, online platforms and other relevant sourcing methods.
• Build professional relationships with candidates through regular telephone and email communication.
• Maintain accurate and up to date candidate information, ensuring our database is updated effectively.
• Applications are particularly welcomed from recent graduates with a degree, ideally in Law or a subject relevant to the legal sector, who are keen to establish a career within recruitment.
• You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, a confident and professional telephone manner and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of candidates.
