Export Administrator

About the Role

In this role, youll support the smooth export of products from the UK to the ROI, EU and wider international markets. Youll coordinate the documentation required for shipments that need Export Health Certificates (official paperwork required for certain exported goods).

Working closely with suppliers and internal teams, youll gather and chase key information to ensure export paperwork is accurate, complete and submitted on time. Your work will help keep shipments moving and prevent delays at the border.

Youll also keep the Export Compliance Manager and Supply Chain teams updated on progress, ensuring everyone has clear visibility of timelines and any risks. This is a fast-paced, detail-focused role where your organisation and communication skills will make a real impact.

This role would suit someone with strong administrative experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment.
